Villa Details
Marina Vista can be found amidst a green paradise whereby guests can enjoy private and carefree holidays. The house itself is built on the sea front with uninterupted sea views, there are two beaches within a few minutes walk of the villa. A luxury residence surrounded by well groomed lawns, palm, cypress and eucalyptus trees, providing a welcoming shade to the summer heat. There is a large swimming pool with pool side stone gazebo, accompanied by a circular dining table can offer good morning shade for breakfast and ideal evening meals. The front terrace is the idea place for evening drinks and dinner looking out at the bay. The local friendly village Gouvia has good Taverna’s and shops within walking distance.
The Main House
Four of the seven bedrooms are within the main house, three doubles and one single all en suite. The space allows its guests to roam in its spacious, luxurious gardens and stylish rooms, feeling the breeze of the sea everywhere. Unhindered views of Gouvia Bay, Gouvia Marina, the mainland and even Corfu Town on the horizon.
The Cottage
The Cottage House is made up of a double bedroom an open space living room with kitchen, a bathroom and a small sitting terrace. It is accessed by small stairs off the front terrace.
The Room With A View
The room with a view is made up of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It is accessed by a spiral staircase of the main terrace and benefits from its own spacious private terrace. Not suitable for young children
The Fitness Room
A great space to bring in one of the many private trainers available, yoga, martial arts, pilates. Also available: Table tennis table, Boxing bar and gloves and Mini power plate.
The Studios
Situated a few steps from Gouvia Beach, Marina Vista Luxury Studio Suites, on the Beach, our four studio suites are beach front and offer a garden area, private balcony, sea views and free WiFi. We have two double suites with a king size bed, and two twin suites which can be made up as a double on request.
All suites are ensuite with a shower. Each suite comprises of a seating area with a sofa, coffee table, outdoor table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchenette with various cooking facilities, including a fridge, an mini oven with two ring stove top.
All four stylish studios are comfortable spaces with two doubles and two twins with an option of being made up as a double, each with a modern en suite. Fantastic views of the beach, Gouvia Bay with a balcony and decking leading down to easy access to the beach and the village.

The local beach is within a few minutes walk of the villa accessed by a private pathway through the gardens. A luxury residence surrounded by well groomed lawns, palm, cypress and eucalyptus trees, providing a welcoming shade to the summer heat. There is a large swimming pool with a poolside stone gazebo, giving extra shade. The garden is also accompanied by a circular dining table that can offer an ideal spot for breakfast and evening meals. The front terrace is the ideal place for evening drinks and dinner looking out at the bay.

Gouvia
Gouvia is a small, sandy beach, protected from heavy weather inside the large Bay of Gouvia. It is organized, and provides amenities for people with disabilities. The Gouvia yachting marina and the impressive ruins of the old Venetian shipyards are nearby. The village itself has a developed tourism infrastructure, with many restaurants, bars and cafes. There is an attractive view from the seaside towards the islet in the bay on which stands the beautiful Ypapanti Chapel.
