Katia spent her early 20’s working within Thomas Cook resorts and hotels across Europe and Asia rising through the ranks of guest relations and entertainment management before discovering her passion for concierge.
Identifying with the resourcefulness and talent of the expert concierge, to always deliver on a client’s needs with ease and a desire to help, led Katia to specialize in luxury concierge.
After graduating top of her class with a Bachelors in Luxury Hotel Management and Concierge from the International Institute of Concierge – Paris in 2019, Katia gained experience across some of France’s top luxury hotels and palaces including Four Seasons Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat and the 5-star Fauchon l’Hotel Paris where she was given the freedom to design and implement new concierge standards.
In 2020, Katia joined the Ultima Collection at their luxury Megève residence as Concierge for its first Winter season, where she was later promoted to assistant house manager. Later in the year, Katia took over the house manager/concierge role at Ultima Corfu for its maiden Summer Season 2021 then onto Ultima Crans Montana for the Winter.
